Nemi – by Lise Myhre – Review
Published: 2010An interesting ‘gothic’ comic book. This is a hardcover book with short comics about a character named Nemi Montoya.
Don’t think, a gothic comic book?? – because this is more like a 20-something comic character with the gothic moods, you know – cynical, dark, easily irritated, bored, and monotone (in a good goth way). The nice thing about this book is that it not like a run-on story about Nemi, but short quick to read comic strips, collected in a full color hard cover book. You will like the anti-social edge – read in a dark room, or alone in a coffee shop to get the full effect.
A recommended casual reading book for those in their early teens.
“Well then, there is nothing left to say, is there. You can leave now.” ~ Nemi
